We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items need to be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging — along with proof of purchase. before sending anything back to our returns address at 15 Duke Street St. James's, London SW1Y 6DB, so we can guide you through the process. Please also check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if there are any issues so we can make things right.
Once we receive your return, we’ll take a quick look and let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be sent straight back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to process it). If you’d like to swap something, the quickest way is to return it for a refund and place a new order. For our EU customers, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period by law, which means you can return your order within two weeks for any reason. And to keep things safe, please do ask the Post Office for proof of postage when sending items back, as we can’t be responsible for parcels that go missing in transit.

Care Instructions
We recommend you refer to the individual care labels inside the garments. All garments can be washed on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. They should not be tumble dried and we recommend that they are ironed after washing so they look as good as new.
